Reading in Pairs and Groups
with
Sara Krieger
How do you approach an audition when it’s a paired or group read~while auditioning alone?
- What is the correct way to approach these auditions? How do you perfect the two person read? How do you effectively give a paired or group read on your own in an audition situation?
In a session or a remote or in person audition, how can you best work with another actor?
- If you are booked with another actor on a job, how can you use that to your advantage? How can you best work off of one another?
How can you benefit from working semi-privately vs. privately?
- How can working with another voice actor tweak your skill set?
In this one night seminar, we will discuss the specifics of the paired and group read. Participants will divide up into pairs and small groups and delve deeply into not only the breakdown of copy from an individual standpoint, but also how to work with and off of other actors~ whether working together or alone!
